About Zoe

Award-winning vocalist ZOE CHILCO was a Canadian singer and songwriter who performed and recorded jazz and blues, standards, and originals. With a discography comprising ten CDs recorded with top Toronto musicians, her voice has been described as “velvety and romantic…but at the same time, full of power”.

Her compositions have been played around the world, from Canada and the USA to Germany, the Netherlands, Australia, Brussels, France, Italy, Hungary, Spain, Argentina, and the UK.

She was a finalist at UK Songwriter Content 2002, and was voted one of the top ten listeners’ choices for Blues Radio Germany. Zoe was featured with the Harry Connelly Band on two occasions at the Cork Jazz Festival in Ireland in October 2017 and was invited back again in October 2020 but sadly, that is when she passed away.
